Return and Refund Policy:

All products in our store are print-on-demand and made to order. Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at SquirrelWerx@proton.me with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our suppliers' policies.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
